We created HQ in June 2022. Since then we’ve grown into a community of over 50 people, with kids classes, adults, MMA and events throughout the year. My main goal outside of teaching has been to build the brand and to be the number one grappling gym in the Bay of Plenty. We’re the most-rated MMA gym in the Bay, and our team’s community has become something extremely special.
